NíO CONSTAAbstract
In order to obtain marketable information bullfrog variables were measured from 450 specimens at the slaughter through 1980. The data statistically processed permitted the following conclusions: the slaughter body weight ranged between 61 through 205 g, 113.3 g being the average weight; 74.1 g mean weight carcasses and 41.1 g mean weight legs have been offered to the domestic market; clean carcass profit was 65.43%, the leg weight made up 36.28% of the slaughter weight; body weight at the slaughter showed highly positive correlation coefficients both to the carcass weight and leg weight.
