Station I - Average shell length - 3,4 cm
- Average shell height - 6,4 cm
- Average shell weight - 15,33 g
- Average meat weight - 4,6 g
- Survival rate - 66%
- C/A (length/height) - 0,53
Station II - Shell length -3,6 and
-3,7 cm
- Average shell height -6,4 cm
- Average shell weight -13,54 g
- Average meat weight - 4,1 g
- Survival rate - 68,30%
- C/A (length/height) - 0,56 and
- 0,59
From the collected data it may be concluded that the estuarine-lagoon of Cananéia offers suitable conditions for a culture of Crassostrea gigas.
