Abstract

The effect of 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% protein levels in a commercial ration upon the development of tadpoles of bullfrog (Rana catesbeiana Shaw, 1802) was studied in laboratory. The animals were given 13% of the body weight of ration during the experimental period (08/05/1980 through 17/07/1980). Spring water and polyethylene boxes were utilized. The statistical analyses revealed no significant differences among the treatments.
