Abstract

This study was realized with the aim of evaluate the nutritional quality of six cultivetes of soybean (BR-28; IAS-5; BR-35; EMBRAPA-33; EMGOPA-308 and IAC-8), developed in different places of Brazil, as centesimal composition, in vitro digestion, and antinutritional factors activity. The obtained results indicate significant differences between the different kinds of soybean and independent of the place of origin, the grains presented proteins and oil in high levels, trypsin inhibitors and hemagglutinin. Although the obtained differences, the cultivetes of soybean are potentially utilizable in feed to fish.
