Environmental license and grant for water usage to aquaculture activity: Is there integration between these aspects?

Abstract

The national and international aquaculture policy develops itself towards the productivity increase and sustainable growth. Therefore, planning and policy that lead to the sustainable development of the activity are needed. The aquaculture had recently received attention about its legal aspects, mostly with regard to license and grant. This work aims the aquaculture legislation discussion about license and grant, which represent aspects of the Environmental National Policy and Water Resource National Policy respectively.
