This study presents results of the quantitative analysis applied to data from a semi-intensive polyculture experiment carried out with the species Cyprinus carpio L., 1758, Prochilodus cearensis Steindachner, 1911 and Colossoma macropomum Cuvier, 1818.Two different treatments: Tl = ration (Tanks I and II) and T2 = ration + chicken manure (Tanks III and IV). Environmental variables (temperature and chlorophyll-a) were monitored during the experimental period. The length-weight relationship can be described by the equation WT = a LTb. Only one b value was estimated for each species which was used to calculate the condition factor values (K = WT/LTb). The relative condition factor (Kn = Wobs/Wcal) was determined too. During the culture period, Colossoma macropomum has shown higher change of condition factors (K and Kn) rather than the other two species studied
