Abstract

Based on morphometric measurements, this paper describes the Jacaré Pepira River Basin ecosystem as part of a study comprising physiographic aspects, as geology, geomorphology, and pedology. Together with the regional climate, the characteristics listed served as a support to analyze the water quality of the main river, as well as the influence of the soil and water uses on water quality.
