In Atafona and Farol de Sao Tome, fishery is mainly in the ocean and in Barra do Açu is lacustrine, involving nets, lines and traps. The interviewees related losses to the fishery caused by CLIPA, but the overfishing was indicated too. In Barra do Açu, the fishery is critically affected by CLIPA, because it is located in area of direct influence of enterprise. The interviewees suggested as solutions to the interferences of CLIPA, the lifting of restrictions related to fishery and training of fishermen in other activities.
